About RDY Nutrition

Fuel Smarter
Perform Stronger
Recover Like a Champion

RDY Nutrition is a specialized performance nutrition practice for aquatic athletes, including swimmers, water polo players, divers, and surfers, who are ready to fuel with purpose rather than guesswork.
I’ve been in the pool. I know the work it takes.
The early mornings, the long training blocks, the energy highs and lows, the pressure to perform, and the constant demand to recover well enough to do it all again tomorrow. Aquatic sports are different — and your nutrition needs to reflect that.
As a registered dietitian and former director of sports nutrition working directly with collegiate and competitive aquatic athletes, I saw the same pattern again and again:
Hard training. Inconsistent fueling. Preventable fatigue. Slow recovery. Confidence slipping — even when the effort was all there.
That’s why I started RDY Nutrition in 2018 — to change the way aquatic athletes approach fueling.
Here, nutrition is not an afterthought. It’s part of your training.
You won’t get generic meal plans or “eat healthy” advice.
You’ll get sport-specific fueling timelines, hydration strategies, recovery systems, and daily routines designed to make performance feel easier, stronger, more consistent, and more confident.
This is nutrition that respects your work.
This is nutrition that supports your identity as an athlete.
This is Sports Nutrition That Works.
